Meet Braden Ayotte

I started lifting in high school to lose body fat. It became my purpose. Growing up, I was never athletic and carried extra weight. Once I stepped into the gym, everything changed.

Through years of early mornings and late nights, I transformed my physique and mindset. I learned that fulfillment comes from discipline and commitment. I built real strength — squatting 405 for 4 reps and bench pressing a PR of 300 pounds for 1. But the real transformation was mental.
